Someone i know was kiled in april and i wanted to know if i can see autopsy photos

Definitely not, what would make you think you need to see these photos or would even understand what you are looking at? And I highly doubt that this person's family would want people looking at these photos. But no, they are protected by the HIPAA Privacy Act and are only available to those who are privileged to see them, and as a friend, you aren't on that list.

Privacy laws restrict viewing or distribution of autopsy photos.
And they are so grisly, why on earth would you ever want to look at someone after they have been autopsied?
