Very carefully I belive the Bush daughters had something to do with it..

Probably through alternative insemination which is how most lesbians conceive. Usually frozen sperm is used from a sperm bank but there are other ways too. This one is the most common.
Contrary to popular belief, it's not usually IVF that is used. Usually it's ICI or IUI.
ICI-frozen sperm is thawed and inserted into the vagina. Fresh sperm may be used if the couple is using a known donor.
IUI-washed (cleaned) sperm is inserted directly into the uterus by a medical professional or midwife.
IVF-Eggs are removed from the woman's body and fertilized in a dish. They are then transferred back into the uterus as embryos. Most lesbians do not conceive this way.

Well it could be the same way my best female (gay) friend got pregnant with her three children or via artificial insemination. my best female friend and a gay male we are close to wanted to have children but didn't want the "man woman" relationship. So they had sex and created three beautiful, wonderous children.

Just because she is a lesbian does not mean she is infertile. Sperm got her pregnant. Whether she did IVF or had a male partner to help create the baby, I have no idea.
