This guy and I just can't be together and I never knew clearly what he wanted he knew I love him really much but I went with another guy..before he would let me know he cared but now he won't come on line and turned his cellphone off. I told him I did love him but it was impossible I am trying to still be just a friend but he seems he is really acting like I don't exisit...why? He is a 9th grader.

Reason he is doing these is because he really loves you. I did with my girl friend.
This kind of guys will never leave you even if the world comes to end. This guy is true love for you.

Unfortunately you answered your own question. Hes a ninth grader, and he probably thinks this is his first relationship that means something. Hes still young and very stupid and probably very hurt. You should find time to talk and calm him down.
