How could you easliy remove it and turn it into energy quickly. Imagine then total nuclear disarment.

Sadly there is no Eco-safe way do dispose of nuclear waste. All they do is simply bury it way far down in unused mine shafts where it hopefully won't leak to the surface.

And its not at all practicable to use nuclear weapons as nuclear fuel. Nuclear weapons have been refined to release all its energy at once; nuclear reactors have to be able to control the rate of reaction to keep it from exploding which is what the weapons want to do.

Total nuclear disarmament would be nice, but its unfortunately not going to happen until the nuclear warheads deteriorate (naturally) over time and new ones aren't made to replace them. I believe that there isn't a country officially and successfully developing new nuclear warheads (although North Korea is trying).
