I play every day, and it can happen 0 to, I'd say, 10 times per day, depending how bad or well I am doing. When I lose a lot of money, I get really pissed off, screaming and throwing things and I'm just furious. The game can just be sooooo frustrating. Is this anger going to eat me up?

i know how you feel. I've had my share of bad beats also. I'll yell at the computer and slam my mouse. And specifically target that player. But I've learned that it affects my play, so I don't get too frustrated. I've just come to realize that bad beats are going to happen and all i can do is play my game and not let it affect my play. Because if it does, then I'll lose even more.

As far as putting you in an early grave, if you get too frustrated, you could have a heart attack, so I'd try and calm down. I really wouldn't want to die because someone caught a 2 outer on me. It's just not worth it..... Good luck man

Dude, two words “Anger Management”

Go get some help.

Either you are using money that you can’t afford to lose, or you have an anger control issues that needs to be address.

Right now, online poker should NOT be you hobby of choice.

Work on the stress management…..life is way too short.

You may want to play live poker rather than internet poker. This way you can inflict your rage on the other players who took your money, rather than using up your anger in a solitary and unappreciated display.

YES!!!!

That's not the right way...poker can be very unfair sometimes.
You must control your emotions as a poker player. And it can be a little bit harder to do that when playing online. But you have to analyze the game, yourself, your opponents and adjust, adapt.

I already give my site...but one more time you can contact me there.
take care, good luck

Yes, you are probably setting youslf up for a heart attack. I would bet money that your blood pressure is high and you have some stress related issues as well. Oh, and what the hell is wrong with you? IT IS A GAME!!!

Yeeeeah, not only is it bad for your general health, it's also likely a sign of a gambling addiction. You should talk to your doc about both problems.

It will. I can't handle losing either - even if I don't play for money.

Give it up unless you're addicted.
