I am very angry with my self right now. I have been making something for a friend for christmas and I have had to start over 7 different times because I made the same mistake each time. I'm not learning from my mistakes. I find myself getting annoyed by people very easly, I'm not watching what I'm saying. I look out the window all day and wish for the day to be over just so I dont have to listen to the people around me. I feel fat but I know that if I lose more weight people will worry. Im thinking of Bulimia because of it, Im thinking of cutting or just played old suicide. But last month I was happy. I felt thin, pretty, and I felt like living. I loved being around people, I didnt mess up on things and if I did then I learned from them. I dont know what's going on but I really wish it would stop.

When I find that I am making the same mistake over and over again, I think the project is just not meant to be. People can't be on all the time - if you are down it might be that you are preoccupied with something important and your mind is not focused on what you are doing. If you feel this problem persists, it could be any number of things. I could be hormonal (which natural yam cream can help), it could have something to do with the time of year, the diminished sunlight (which St. John's Wort would help) - anything.

Please be kind to yourself. The easiest thing to do is visualize yourself as the person you want to be. Sit quietly for 3-5 minutes at a time and see yourself - feel yourself - happy, thin and confident. If you do that regularly 2-3 times per day, you will be right as rain in no time (if you are anything like me).

Peace!

first of all you need to just slow down and take a deep breath. i think it is very nice that you are making something for a friend, but why do you keep starting over? is it just because it is not perfect? life is not perfect and that is something you will have to learn to accept.i don't know what you look like but you should'nt feel fat, and if you are overweight, bulemia is not the answer. that will just cause you more problems. you need to learn to accept yourself as the wonderful person that i am sure you are.i don't know what all you have going on in your life but if you ever wanna chat feel free to im me or you can email me at adabekka@yahoo.com. take care. just remember if your life was not worth living then you would no longer be here. you are, so there is a reason, even if you can't see it right now.

I think you simply have a chemical imbalance going on. It happens to most people at different points in their life. The good thing is, it is easy to solve. GO to a doctor, tell him your feeling out of balance. It could be a shift in hormones or a medication you are taking is bad. You are depressed it sounds like. But, I go through this, most people do. Some ppl need a bit of medication to maintain, I try things like Emergenc which is loaded with vitamen b's and c. It helps every time. St.Johns wart is something I have used before also, it is a natural anti depresent. Also, check the diet, are you eating worse than normal? Maybe you are eating not enough protien if you are watching your weight. All of these things, and more can play havoc with our system. I really think it is like a chemical imbalance. It is like all of a sudden having too much milk in your glass..and it keeps pouring and pouring. It can be solved, but you need a professional to help. Dr. or a psychologist.

Look at the mirror and ignore WHATEVER you see. Now this may sound stupid, but it'll work (just bear with me): look inside yourself. Just think of those good times; those good memories and think to yourself that you'll make new memories like that. and everyone thinks they're fat once in a while. Don't worry about it; eat normal and ignore the fags(sorry) that call you fat cuz they are WROOOOONG. Listen to James Blunt's You're Beautiful once in a while. (iono about you but it makes me feel good when i listen to it. ^-^) and don't stress yourself with the gift. It's the thought that counts. Keep trying; you'll get it right! No worries. Trust me, it's probably a heavy case of hormones. You'll be fine. Also, indulge yourself a bit. Take a break! Don't worry a bit; by next week you'll be up and happy again! Also, if you want to be away from people, let them know. Just say 'i want to be left alone for a bit, thanks.' They'll take heed. Basically, (the bottome line), take a deep breath and don't stress yourself too much. Relax, smile, and move on. Also, these'll help if you're depressed(sorry if they're all anime...heheh...):

You mentioned that last month you felt good about yourself, your life, and people in general. What about month before last?

It could well be that you're feeling very stressed out and "sick and tired of it all" due to the holiday season. this is a difficult time of year for many people.

Please don't resort to bulimia, cutting or worse. Do you have someone.. friend, family, doctor, clergyperson.. you can talk to?

Hang in there!

I do not know how old you are but you maybe need to get a job or stay busy doing something. Do you have aboyfriend or husband? If not that would help. Think of others that have real problems and cheer up. Some people are paralized and dream of being able to just move their arms. Everyone is good at something find out what you are good at and excell at it.

Hi Heather,

I wish you told me how old you are. I am no expert but it sounds like hormones. If I were you, I would exercise and eat healthy. Exercising is not for losing weight always, when your body is healthy, your mind can be healthy and you can be happy.
Do something for Heather. Don't worry what people say or think. They always say things, but who cares??? What really matters is what Heather thinks and wants. =)
Take care

your most likely depressed... depression sux... I've been depressed for atleast 2 years and I cant even remember what happyness is... you should go to a doctor... it did nothing for me but it might help for you... dont kill yourself... and if its the only choice write a personal sucide note for all those you care about that way it wont have a chain effect and cause them to kill themselves... go to a doctor... I was put in a hospital for 5 days it sucked... but you may benifit from seeing a doctor and your most likely not as bad as I am so you will most likly not have to stay at the hospital at all.

That sounds like the classic symptoms of depression. You need to see a doctor about it, and soon.

Good luck!
