You're not fat - you're normal. What society says is normal is way too thin. Be happy you have a healthy, normal body! I bet you look great, and you just feel self-conscious!

You could be 124 pounds with alot of muscle or 124 pounds with no muscle, I'm 5'8'' and 145 pounds,,, but i have alot of muscle and everyone asks me for advice on exercise,,, if you want to lose a few pounds try to do 45 Min's of cardio, and do 15 mins of weight training dont forget to streach, try do that 4-5 times a week if you want to feel and look better remember that you could still be the same wieght but be in better shape.... if you were fat i am sure they would tell you that you are fat not in those words like tell you maybe you should start eating less ice cream or something... anyways hope this helped.

You are in no way, shape, or form fat. Get that thought out of your head. You'll be fat when you're 5'3" and 500 lbs. There are tons of women that would kill to weight what you do. (I mean tons figuratively)

And yes, there are cruel parents that will tell their kids they are fat. Today's kids are force fed a diet of perfect celebrities. How can you compete with professional hair and make-up, designer clothers, and air brushing. Some parents think they're doing right by their kids by telling them to lose weight, but unless the kids is seriously obese, they need to shut their mouths.

I'm sure you feel fat but don't worry. Someday you'll be looking back on these days and saying "I wish I could still fit into those pants". Hang in there kiddo.

your are still in your teens and will go through alot more changes before you reach adulthood. your not overwirght. you have some baby fat that you have not shed off yet. Are you into any sports or outdoor activities? If not got out and enjoy the outdoors. sign up for something. any activity will be healthy for you and make you feel better, dont forget it will shed the baby fat. If your are athletic your BMI does not reflect you muscle mass. Muscle wieghs more than fat. You can look up what BMI is on the internet. Dont fret about it your still young and you will be fine. Keep your chin up!!!

You are absolutly not fat!!!! That is not a lie that they are telling you. You are healthy and loosing weight without thinking about your overall health is a bad thing to do. You are young. Just keep moving and eating well balanced meals with healthy snacks and you will be beautiful and sexy. Skinny girls are not sexy to most men....they will tell you that. It is society, big modeling companies that put unrealistic and unhealthy images out there for young girls to see and that is not right. It is sick. It is changing and people are looking at health as the new sexy thing, not weight or lack of it. So, be smart and be healthy and you will stay sexy. Sorry son, but the same holds true for men as well. You are not fat bla bla bla. lol

that's not fat. you could just be a little chubby. Your weight doesn't necessarily mean your fat. I'm 5'5 and weight 138. I have a lot of muscle in my legs and arms. I'm not skinny but curves are what makes a girl a woman.

For your height, your weight is healthy and in the right "range", so to speak. If you feel like you have a little roll, then just cut back on your food or try exercising...... I'm not very athletic, but swimming keeps me in shape and doesn't require a lot of skill. So no, you aren't fat, but if you want to feel better about yourself then you could try exercising.

You are not fat, you fall in just right with your weight and height proportions. Maybe you just need to build some muscles by lifting weights a little. Then you would look really HOT!

Well, you certainly aren't overweight. Your body fat might be higher if you have a small frame and don't work out. Maybe you just need to tone up.

And you'd be surprised at what some parents say to their kids.

HTH : )

You don't say how old you are, but regardless, you are not overweight. Stop comparing yourself to what supermodels look like. You are at a healthy weight for your height. If you want to look thinner, start Pilates exercises. They tone your muscles and burn off calories.
