What the best way to increase stamina? I'm 232 lbs so don't tell me something crazy. I joined a gym recently. When I work out on the treadmill, I walk/speed walk for 10 minutes. Then I increase the speed and jog/run for 5. Walk uphill for another 5 and then cool down for 10. Where do I impove or how to build stamina from this? (That 5 minutes of running is "all out' I cant run for another minute after.)
