In what country are you talking about? If you mean the United States? You got to be pretty ignorant to put yourself in the position to have deadly force used against you for growing plants? But, since this is the land of the free and the brave-not the free and the "stupid! Stipid is as stupid does!!! Right?
If organized crime groups are growing the plants? Then pot definitely will kill somebody- Especially our fellow Americans. The drug cartels from Mexico are now growing pot in "OUR" country. The profitts are being used to purchase arms, ammunition and shooters speciffacally hired to "KILL", Border patrol agents, Park Rangers and the innocent American hiker who accidentally wanders too close to their operations. Wake up and smell the coffee. You don't want to know the smell of death.

I personally have no opinion on the marijuana issue, or the legalization of any drug for that matter. Before you ask, I am not a drug user and have never been. I can tell you with near certainty, nobody has ever been shot for possession of marijuana.
C'mon folks, let's get real. Marijuana impaired drivers are killing people on the roads everyday. Marijuana users are committing crimes (murder, robbery, rape) because of their relaxed inhibitions, just like people under the influence of alcohol or other drugs.
Before you ask, yes, I have personally seen people under the influence of marijuana alone become extremely violent.
There's my two cents.

The police are doing their jobs by enforcing laws that your elected leglislators wrote. If you would like for weed to be legal, then you need to take part in the domocratic process and lobby for support for your cause. In this year's election, referendums in several states for the legalization of marijuana were rejected by voters, so apparently most voters disagree with you. We live in a democracy so the majority rules.

Marijuan has never killed anyone? According to you over 200 people get killed by cops alone over marijuana each year. How many people are killed each year from driving under the influence of marijuana? How many drug dealers have killed other drug dealers because they sold marijuana in an area one drug dealer considers his home turf? How many people will die this year because they have gotten cancer from smoking marijuana? How many people will die from the emphysema they got from smoking marijuana? How many cops have been shot by marijuana dealers? Oh yea.....I forgot.....marijuana has never killed anyone.

And you think that its not their fault?
Their are reasons why these people are getting killed!! Think about it for just a moment. Although you don't believe that Marijuana should be legal, the vast majority do.
These people are doing something stupid to get shot by police period!!! Don't resist! Don't go into your pockets! Don't fight! It is that easy. It is not Marijuana, its STUPIDITY!!!!

And marijuana HAS killed people, I have worked more than one traffic collision where the driver was under the influence of marijuana, and either killed someone or was killed.
I worked one where the dead driver's bong was spilled all over the interior of the car.
I've cited some additional sources where someone has died because they were using marijuana.

And over a million people are killed by the marijuana dealers robbing "customers", protecting their stash, and shooting anyone they see as the enemy in their drug induced mindset.
Any drug user/dealer is the problem. If there were no drug dealers/users , guess what, there would be no arrests.

The police aren't killing people because they have/sell pot. They're killing them because they're being shot at or attacked. (Just like the people attack and shoot each other and whatever innocent people just happen to be around them when they're shooting at each other.) So NO, the police are NOT the problem. Again, it's the drug dealer/users who are the problem.

wow were you smoking some pot when you thought of this question. people are killed by police because they don't fallow instructions and try to fight or get away and the officers use appropriate force necessary to to do there job

Dirtbags protecting their stash houses and farms with guns and pit bulls, happen to get shot. The numbers would be lower if these dirtbags did not resist. Tough break, and I shed no tears.
