YES. Since you know about it, your failure to do so is also a criminal offense. If your ex is found out later on and it's discovered you didn't turn her in (which she may bring up), you WILL be charged.
Contact the state's insurance commissioner's office and ask to be connected with the insurance fraud division.
I hope this helps.
p.s. -- just in case you're wrong about the allegations, most (if not all) states have a statute that holds you harmless from prosecution.

Absolutely. Fraudulent claims make up about 25% of the insurance company payouts - so turning in a "frequent flier" keeps everyones rates down.

Fraudulent claims makes insurance more expensive for all of us by paying claims that should not be covered. And most states have fraud statutes regarding fraudulent claims as well. Ethically, probably you should.

1. You might get caught up in this if you do, if it has involved your own family. It might come back and bite you.
2. What is your motive for turning her in? Your moral Duty, or revenge for your failed relationship?
3. What positive things , if anything, do you stand to gain from turning her in?

If nothing else, try and do it anonymously. Fraudulent claims hurt everyone.

I hate to break this to you buddy but Homeland Security/FBI/INS probably already read your question.
But to answer your question, the honest thing is to turn her in. But it might get back to you because in court they will grind you about whether you knew she was doing fradulent things while you were still together.

NO. It might make you feel good in the short run, but eventually that karma will come around to haunt you. Just let bygones be bygones and remember that if she did it for your family and friends you could be liable.
Just stay away and let her hang herself.

Just be productive and move on. Who cares what your ex is up to? Someone might eventually catch her anyways. Why should you be involved with her anymore than you really have to be? That's why we call them ex's...so we don't have to be involved.
