Your feet is cold because this month is the winter month.Even though Singapore is not a four season country but the cold wind blows throughout the country. My advice is you exercise your body.It not only keep you feet warm but keep your body warm, healthy and fit. Here are some sports you can do:cycling, jogging and skipping etc.But if your feet is always cold throughout the year the best advice is you visit your doctor because your condition may be serious.

If your circulation is slow, the warm blood being pumped through your body doesn't reach the distal body parts. When I say distal, I mean distal from the heart - fingers and toes! Things that get your circulation moving would be some sort of activity that raises your heart rate - exercise or just walking around the house can be included. You could also draw your body's attention to the cold part by running hot water over them or putting a heating pad on it. The warmth draws blood to the area, quickly warming it up.

Cold feet is often caused by poor circulation. I would recommend that you see your family doctor but in the meantime wear warm thick socks.

Because to be able to write this incredibly complicated question, your body had to shunt all your available blood to your brain. Thus, your feet are cold.
