I run and I hate to run, I walk and sometimes it bores me, I lift weights and I hate that ... but I played basketball and I loved it and i didn't even realize I was exercising because of the competition and the FUN! SO find something that os FUN and makes you feel like you are not even exercising! Good Luck!

Exercise is just moving, any movement is exercise. Find something you like to do that requires moving and do it. You can vary what you do, bike riding, kick boxing, walking or swimming. As long as you are physically active you are getting what you need.

dance classes, cardio and kickboxing classes, videos that are up-beat, finding a workout partner! Treat yourself to things - if you go so many times a week, etc. like massages or manicures/ pedicures...etc...
