No, wine doesn't have caffeine, but I can understand why you ask the question. For lots of people alcohol (although a sedative or downer) may have a stimulative reaction. This is just being under the influence of alcohol. It really has know stimulative properties.

most wines have a tannin (sp) in them - you will also find this in tea ...

but No definately not caffeine
