ABSOLUTELY! They are is this country illegally. There should be no reward for breaking the law. If they want to be here and reap the benefits of living in the GREAT nation, then they should go through proper channels. The process may be lengthy, however then they will no longer be criminals.
However, if they choose to keep coming into this county illegally, go ahead, they are keeping the 12,000 U.S. Border Patrol Agents employed. I love that paycheck!

First fingerprint them and put the prints in a data base, then send them back. If they return illegally again they should be completely banned from getting any status here and sent back. If they return again they should be convicted and put in prison.

If they come back legally, they should be welcomed and allowed back into their former job.

Yes, absolutely! If they want to return, that is the only way they should be allowed to return. However, if they wait until they are deported, then I think they should not EVER be allowed back. If they leave on their own steam NOW, then by all means allow them to apply to come back legally.

Most thinking American citizens regardless of race, gender or creed do..However Senator Cornwyn introduced a bill today, called H-1B allowing illegal aliens amnesty and visas that would allow them to take more High tech jobs, reducing and depressing the pay of American citizens. It may even put them out of the market altogether. If this this bill passes in Congress, it will allow more of them to enter the country. If they are allowed to vote none of us will have a say in the matter anymore. I don't think Democrats nor Republicans are working for American citizens anymore and all of us need to make them accountable quickly.

Yes.

The way we get rid of illegals is to go after employers. No jobs and they leave. Nice and efficient.

If we do not, what are we saying to all those who came here legally?
