went and visited the ice cream warehouse for a VERY large
chain of grocery stores - went from a -10 degree freezer into
a -40 degree freezer - where the workers wear arctic suits and have a mandatory 15 break in a 55 degree room every hour

we moved very quickly through it and it was unbelieveably warm
in the -10 degree freezer when we got back

o yeah - the sweat on my forehead froze in the colder freezer in 30 secs

um in temperature of the outside i'd say 50's and down.
but considering you put this under diseases- you have a cold when your body temp is 100 or above, or if you have a sore throat/runny nose
