Anything you say can and most likely will be twisted and used against you in a bias, one sided court of law

It means, exercise your first amendment rights and protect yourself.
If you start talking after being "Mirandized," they are going to write down everything you say and testify about it at your trial.
And if you think our courts are biased and one sided, you ought to see what happens in other countries where you are presumed guilty until you prove yourself innocent.

It means keep your mouth closed, because the cops can report anything you say as evidence against you. It also means that if they ask you questions, you cannot be forced to answer. It also means anything you do can be used against you. For example, lets say a guy gets arrested for DUI, then he later falls flat on his face because he is wasted. The cops are allowed to say, in court, that he was obviously impaired. If he made a statement, after being arrested, that he only had a couple of drinks- that can be used as evidence against him as well. For all practical purposes, the proper response to hearing this quote is to remain silent, remain respectful, and do not do anything rash. If you hear this being said, you are already under arrest, so be silent or what you say or do can be used against you. You will get a chance to make your argument later. Don't give them any information that they could possibly twist into sounding like evidence against you.

Cops have to tell you your Miranda rights when you are being taking into Custodial Interrogation. So when they tell you this, they are letting you know that your confession or whatever you say can be used against you in court and that if you go it will be used against you in court. When they tell you that you have the right to an attorney, you can have an attorney but if you don't have one and they don't get you one then you do not have to talk or answer questions at all. Alot of people are confused about that as well. Cops are not going to go and find you a lawyer for interrogation because courts typically appoint you a lawyer-so hopefully you have your own or you will not talk without one(if you are smart).

It's pretty simple stuff. You don't have to talk, because if you talk "anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law." They also let you know you have the right to a free attorney, who could probably let you know to shut up. Isn't the law fun?

Part of your Miranda rights. It means just that. You have a constitutional right to not incriminate yourself, and they are reminding you of your right to be silent. Everyone should take advantage of that right by the way, but everyone wants to explain...

If you give up the right to remain silent, anything you say, even a spontaneous confession, yeah, I did it, will be used as evidence in court. You can't later say I didn't know what I doing, or they forced me to say that, or tricked me, because you said you understood your rights, and waived them.

It means exactly what it says...Anything you say, anything at all, can...means if the officer wants to repeat what you said...and will...meaning that if you say something self incriminating...he/she will use what you say to help convict you. And I don't twist around what you say as you are recorded and quoted. No court is one sided.

It means if you get nervous and accidentally blurt out

"OH MY GOD I DIDN"T MEAN TO KILL THEM"

you're sh&t up a creek with out a paddle. You just confessed to a murder and they can use that in court against you.

But looks like to me you already knew that, so stop wasting out time.

that means keep your trap shut. Oh ask the judge if he would like you to pay fine with cash or check. If he asks you to pay with cash or allows it. give the court a box with pennies in it. look at definition of cash it will say cash box. good luck brother.
