Ok you made the first move let him make the second one if he chooses.In my thoughts women look bad when they continue to chase guys it makes them look needy and if they think you are needy they sometimes take advantage

do stuff with your friends or do something fun forget about this guy. let him make the next move and dont ask him again or u'll look like a idoit. good luck

My guess would be that he is not, and never will be interested in you. (Sorry, I know its painfull) but dont waste time on people who dont SHOW interest in YOU. it is just a waste of your time, and it makes you look desperate.
