It is legal for you to bring a prescription on the plane. You MUST have a valid and unexpired prescription from you doctor. You also will only be able to carry the correct number of doses for the duration of your trip.

As long as you have a prescription it is definetely allowed. Unless you are traveling to Britain. The British are weird.
