There are several services online that will let you do this. Which is appropriate will depend quite a bit on (1) your format (MP3, WMA, RA, etc), your desired delivery method (download, vs. live streaming) and your economic model (some churches offer the audio CD for sale as well, for either a set price, or any donation amount).

For the format, I normally recommend WMA over MP3, unless you want do do PodCasts, then MP3. WMA can result in smaller file sizes. For a real-life comparison of the two, check out...

For delivery, I'd offer BOTH choices. Streaming is convenient, but you'll cut a lot of people still on dial-up connections who will get choppy results. F

And if you want to go with the buy-the-CD option, you'll probably want to stay away from the 3rd-party solutions and find a web host that will allow audio files (though expect to pay a bit more for the bandwidth and file storage).
