Something sweet & heartfelt always does the trick it doesn't have to be expensive just something you know that she would like.
The traditional gift for 6 yrs is Candy or Iron!!!

How about you suprise her with a nice romantic dinner that you fix. Put a white table cloth on the table and spread rose pettals over it. Then set the table with your plates and some nice wine glasses.

You could make her a scrapbook or a special album of your years together. Women love things that take thought and effort.

Maybe a spa day or half day for her if she likes that sort of thing. Writing a very sweet love letter is appreciated by most women too!

if you're not looking for anything special, why bother? what does she like? you don't need to get her much, but get her something nice.
