Does the vibration from the bursh cause any damage to fillings?

Ater RCT I had a perm filling instead of cap. Does the electric toothbrush cause any harm to this filling?

hello ,,,well it will do u good if u brush vry slowly in the area where u have go tthe filling,,but since u dont have the cap its better to keep the area clean by brushing regularly in the area but not aggressively...
