Pre heat your oven at 350. Place the salmon on a piece of tin foil and cover in butter fold the tin foil around it and let it bake for about 10-15 min's before you check. Salmon cooks pretty fast. Or if you have a grill do the same thing as above and just place on grill.

I bake almost everything so maybe I'd do it differently but I would probably prepare the lemon ginger butter first. Put the Salmon fillet in the over at about 275 degrees until the outside looks cooked (I find salmon cooks quickly so this shouldn't take long) then add the butter over top and turn off the oven. I'd let it sit another five minutes in the over, then take it out and let it sit another 5 minutes before serving.

I always cook salmon on a wood plank in the grill. Baste with the lemon ginger butter during cooking, but don't turn it. The wood protects the salmon from scorching, and adds a nice flavor at the same time. If you don't like it, though, you can try double wrapping the salmon WITH the butter inside aluminum foil and place on the grill. Make sure the foil is sealed tightly, so juices do not escape during grilling.
Good Luck, and happy eating!

Clean your fish, squeeze lemon and shred fresh ginger, add some salt also. Make sure you place your filets in an aluminum foil with some butter, close making a dome and grill. Your fish will be wonderful.
