LOL, Dude, dont worry, once you hit 30 you will be wanting to know how to be thin. be happy with your weight as it is now. once you start gaining weight it will be hard to get it back down.there is nothing wrong with you, you have a high metabolism....something some of us would love to have. the more you eat the higher your metabolism will be so dont bother with stuffing yourself. if you work out you will bulk up a bit and eat more protine, taht will help too. hang in there and good luck.
63kg is 138 LBS...not bad for a 22yr old guy.

not often i hear someone wanting to gain weight lol :) However, there are dangerous ways and safer ways to gain. I would suggest protein shakes or meal replacements like Ensure. Google that one I am sure you can find it. Safest way would be to ask a dietitian for help :) Good luck! Oh, whatever you do..DON'T go the way of high fat and or fast food route :)

Go to the Nutrition Express website and type in weight gain products, they have it all. Then get their catalog. It has a lot of healthy info in it. You don't want to be fat just to be fat. Also, if you eat a lot and you are hyper and feel out of control ask the Dr. to check your thyroid, it can cause you to have this problem. Just being healthy should be the goal. Good luck.

okay, i wouldnt reallyg o with the McD thing everyone here is sugesting, because it is prooven to cause long term effects, and the not healthy ones iethers. my sugestion would be to go to a work out store and try to find a weight gain powder or drink... like, a protien drink will help to build muscle, but if you dont work out then you will just gain some weight, no promisses on how much weight iether. and to be really honest, this is all just a guess. i never met someone that tried to gain weight. i guess its as good a guess as to stop pooping... lol... good luck yo...

well i dont know how much 63kg is but maybe you should try something called ensure or another weight gaining drink like that i might help but it might not you amy have a really high metabolism like me im 23 and i eat all day long and i dont gain weight

There is nothing wrong with you, you just have a fast metabolism. Just eat healthy, whatever you do, don't start eating fatty foods just to gain weight. If you are REALLY worried, ask a doctor.

If you just want to get fat, drink a ton of beer and eat fried stuff all day.
If you want to gain weight but work out a lot, eat like a pound of salmon every day. That stuff is so full of fat but is still good for you, you'll bulk up.

well why do you wnat to, but what ever thats not up to me to decide.
*either you could eat more foods with fat and sugar to gain fat.
*to gain muscel buy some protien powder and drink it in a shake alot
you don't gain wait because you have good matabilism and you may work out alot, i don't know.
