I am a virgin and u can tell if someone is a virgin because virgins by choice are alot more sensitive to peoples feelings and to things in general. They usually have more restpect for themselves and the opposite sex because they still have their innocence

no there is no way to tell even when you have sex --- the guy could be all thumbs anyway and the lady may not show any signs the first time --- so just trust them if they say they are --- and really what does it matter 10 years after you stop being a virgin

You can never really tell by conversation. Someone might act like they are some kind of sex god/dess but meanwhile have never been with anyone or they may be all demure and quiet but be a real tiger in the sack.
