This may sound odd, lol. I was flipping through channels yesterday and watched a segment on QVC and they were selling a 'cookie accessory.' I'd really like to buy one, but can't at all remember what it was called, nor the brand name. Maybe hoping someone here knows at least the name of the product.
It kinda reminded me a caulk gun. Handheld and battery operated. You put the cookie batter inside of it and you could place like a stencil at the opening. You press the button and the batter comes through the opening in the shape of the stencil. They also showed putting deviled eggs batter in it and even a cream cheese mixture to put into celery sticks.
Sorry this sounds so odd. I searched the website and came across nothing, but I'm fairly certain they can't be the only ones to sell them. And I can't be the only one to ever see one.

Its called a cookie press and we use it in restaurants all the time. try a restaurant equipment place for the best and longest lasting ones. Also pampered chef, or maybe bed bath and beyond or any store with a decent kitchen section.

its a cookie press, a non automatic one sells at walmart for 9.96 and they are very easy to find at this prime holiday season. keep in mind it will only work with a specific type of batter (one that i don't care for ) its like a paste almost like a sugar dough but a little more bland. you can't use it for chocolate chip cookies. so it may have a 100 uses not a 1001.;)

It is a "cookie press" Pampered Chef sells them, but they are manual....no batteries.
