13 is an extra- important birthday! Buy her jewelry! If you don't have very much money, you can still find some nice looking earrings at Wal-Mart for very little. It's also sweet when you get something cute like a little stuffed bear and a card. But, bracelets and earrings are the best 13th birthday gift. Good luck, she's lucky to have someone who cares about her as much as you!

a girl turning 13 should not be allowed to accept gifts from a 'boyfriend' anyway!! Should not have a boyfriend but some parents these days let their girls do what ever they want.
She should not be allowed to accept anything more than a candy bar, something she can eat and that is the end of it. Therefore, you cannot come back later and feel she owes you something for her b'day gift. :)

Get her a teddy Bear... Go to your local mall there should be a little jewelry stand that sells cute bracelets for cheap. Put the bracelet around the Teddy Bear's wrist.... Just an idea.... Good luck....

but to answer your question, get her a bracelet. personal and shows you care. but not invasive. nothing too expensive. write her a note, girls love reading notes, especially cause it's not really a thing guys do often. anything you get her, i know she'll like because you are trying. good luck.

U could get her a necklace, a bracelet, a card, a outfit, etc. 13 year olds don't really need adult stuff like perfume, make-up, etc.
