i'm 5'4 and weigh 132. if i got down between 115-125 would that be alright? i'm 14 and exercise alot and i hate junk foods. so i eat pretty healthy.

I guess it would be alright as long as you're healthy and you still eat. Since you don't like junk food and eat well, it would be a healthy decision as long as you don't go too low. then it wouldn't be healthy. I'd say no lower than 120, but that's just me.

I am also 5 feet 4 inches and I think that 115-125 would be a good weight for you.

Its good that you eat healthy also.

Of course it would be fine! I'm 20 years old, 5'6" and I only weigh about 125...If you think it's going to make you look disgustingly thin...it won't! No need to worry about that! If you wanna know for sure....you can check out my yahoo profile, there's a pic of me on it!

I think you'll be fine if you want to lose the weight! Don't do it for anybody else though...do it for yourself!

if you do it slowly it shouldn't be a problem. Keep in mind you might still be growing though. The thing you should be concerned with is how much fat is there versus muscle and hard tissue.

yes but if u eat healthy and exercise alot u may be more muscle weight than anything good for u .............
