I know I probably sound like a geek and im most likely not going to get a strait answer on this question, how do i appeal to the opposite sex? Im fourteen years old male and definitely not looking for anthing serious, but id like to know what its like to have a girlfriend. I don't know why, but all the girls in my school seem to be drawn to the same stuck up *** holes and i really dont know why. I feel I am charasimatic and funny, though i don't know if i am too much. Im pretty much a geek but you probably wouldn't be able to tell by my appearence. I think that girls have flirted with me but I really don't know, and I don't want to ask. Some insight PLEASE!!! (Go ahead laugh, im a nerd)

OK...some insight here.
When girls are very young they tend to go for the stuck up ***hole, usually a wise***ed jock type. The type of guy who gets by on his looks, 'charming' personality, screws around in school because he is more interested in the chicks and is generally heavily supported by daddy's money....flashy clothes, cars, etc.. The 'popular ones'. In high school there is some 'need' to be popular or to be seen with the popular ones. I am willing to bet you half these chicks think the same things you do about these guys. Many of these boys, you refer to a shallow clods and their entire reason for being is the attention of the equally shallow chicks. Worst yet, they grow up tp be losers, reliving high school glories until they are in the grave. This is the way it is.....nothing will ever change.
The geek/nerd type of guys are overlooked in high school, yeah, .by the girls who are attracted to the ***hole types. Face it, geeks/nerds are not their type. Usually the chicks who do go after these types of guys, are considered the best looking, best dressed, with the 'body'...you are a14 year old you know what I mean.
You have your eyes on the wrong type of chick. The entire school is not filled with these types of chicks. You asked how to you appeal to a chick......find the ones who aren't attracted to ***holes. If you are not an ***holes they will not give you the time of day. Don't even start trying to be an ***hole, you will never pull it off. It takes years of practice to become a major one.....just look at the guys you are complaining about. Do you really what to be like that? I hope not.
High School is a few short years of your life. When you move on.....being the most popular is a thing of the past.....being an ***hole just doesn't fly in the adult world. In adulthood geeks and nerds rule. The geeks and nerd, usually do well in school, go to college and succeed in their careers.....guess who gets the hot chicks then......the former geeks and nerds. You know why because they are not ***holes, geeks and nerds grow up to be very nice guys.
Time will solve your 'problem'.That's something you don't want to hear right now. High school always has been and always will be that way, nothing will ever change. Just be thankful it's just four short years of your life. Over and forgetten.
Ask your mom and dad what happen to these types of people that they went to high school.
I am an adult woman. I can you this.....my man and his friends are all former high school nerds....guess what.....all of us woman who are with these men.....we are all hot. No, we are not stuck up. You know why we are with them.....because they are NOT ***holes.
I see the women the former highschool ***holes are with.....not the same quality of woman the former nerds are with. I will tell you that hottest chick that I went to high school with, looked like a truck hit her five years later.
Be yourself and stop looking for love in the all the wrong places.

Be honest. Be yourself. I know that sounds like a corny answer but there is a reason for it. If you try to act like someone else and it attracts a special girl, eventually you will for get to 'act' and the real you will show through. She will feel lied to. And you will most likely loose her. Also I would ask why you would want to be a boy friend to some one who didn't like the true you?
Want in on a little secret?... the girls are wondering the same thing.

doesn't mean u'r a nerd. just give them attention. flirt back. not all girls go for the same stuck up assholes. it's the popular thing.. way overrated. my boyfriend has described himself like you just did before i started going out with him. i'm his first gf. he's an amazing guy though. believe me, wait, and the girl you want will come.
