Christianity and Catholicism.
Then again, I think anyone who is in an organized religion is mentally insane.

I think the worst is not believing in God at all. Atheists. It's the most extreme 'religion' because it's faithless, in my humble opinion. Based on the grounds of how a religion treats women, homosexuals and free thinkers, Islam isn't the only one with seemingly harsh codes and penalties. Christianity (how come no women can be a priest or be the pope? Why is it that when Muslim women wear headscarves they are looked down upon and when a nun wears her habit, she is revered?) and many other religions which has a large following too. They're just not published as harshly by the media like the way Islam did.

Well, I'm assuming that you know absolutely nothing about Islam and probably think you know allot about Christianity. Don't make a generalization and call a religion bad just because they get mentioned in the newspaper allot. All religions are equal, and all religions are equally ignorant. Religion is a failed concept. Christianity is just as bad as ever other westernized concept. Try looking at modern democracy, it is much worse than Christianity. Religion is ignorance and ignorance is bliss.

These are all great answers, but without a doubt the Worst would have to be one that does not support or stand behind it's members. One that turns it's back on mistakes made by the congregation. One that ignores the people who makes mistakes making that a punishment.
Without a doubt that would be JEHOVAH'S WITNESSES!!

The religion of self rightness and sadly a lot of Christians use this in their lives to look down on others.

I really dont like to judge other religions, because people usually believe in their religion and feel secure in their faith. I do however feel the way you do about Christian and Islamic in that women are not treated as equals.

Christianity has many faiths within that umbrella.
Protestants (united church) have gay marriage, and female ministers and allow birth control
Catholic Church allows none of those.
Your question is too broad.
In general there are no bad religions it is the fanatics and extremists that bring them down, and ALL religions have had them.

Fundamental christianity would be first to me over Islam simply because they are so subversive in their tactics and can usually get the more tolerant liberal christians to jump on their bandwagon by stirring up emotionally charged issues.

JWs as a results of fact they intentionally pretend to be Christians so as that they could confuse human beings into listening to their heresies. Their teachings and their Bible translation heavily resemble Christianity and incorporate sufficient fact to make it basically approximately impossible for the time-honored person to understand the changes and understand that they seem to be a deceptive cult that denies the finished Deity of Christ and as a replace accords Him the placement of a created, divine angel.

Scientology. It was started by Hubbard as a tax shelter and excuse to take little boys out on his boat.
Conversely the best religion is Flying Spaghetti Monster-ism.
