That's happened to me and my boyfriend.
She obviously has other things to get done and things are on her mind.
If she NEVER spends time with you, and it's this, this, and this, and never you, this, you, this ect. then try talking to her about it.
"Hey, I'm bummed out that we don't spend any time together, why don't we got get some coffee later today."
Suggest things for you to do, instead of waiting for her to ask you.

by the way this is phrased you come off as needy. Women HATE needy they can smell it a mile away. It sounds like she is playing the ignore game to test you for this.
Ideally you want her to be attracted to you that means that she comes to you, calls you first. Women like it if you are exclusive. Just like anything else in life, if it is important you make time for it.
If you have any close friends of the opposite sex find out what they find to be attractive, you probably already have some of these traits! further develop them into your charecter. in the time it will take you to do the re-invention process the situation will resolve itself either by she becomes more attracted to you or you let the relationship dissolve. Dont forget to communicate that you are the selector, not the selectee!

Most women feel like we have to keep some distance between us and our men cuz ya'll make it seem like we're too clingy.
It's very rare to find a man who's actually LOOKING for attention like this. Let her know how u feel...we LOVE it when ya'll open up to us!!
There's no need to give her the boot...if u break up with every female that's not perfect, how will u ever fall in love?

Be honest with yourself, dude. Work out what it is you want to share with someone and find them. If you love her, you'll be straightup and gentle with her and tell her what's going on inside your head - hopefully she'll listen and compromise. If not, it's not like she's the only one. Don't think someone else won't say yes to you...

If she does this b/c she's not the desperate whiny type and has a life (and she's worth it), you stick around.
If she's just being rude, and is just not a caring individual, then move on.

she does need a life other than you. i understand that, i've had that issue with my boyfriend, but not quite like that. talk to her about it. clear some things up. when my bf was really occupied with wut seemed like everything but me, i told him and he's tried to sort things better. i'm happy i did. can't hurt.
