don't just chop them off with scissors
while this won't kill you, it might bleed a lot and most likely give you an infection.
if you resort to this^ then first tie it off with a piece of string 10 minuets before hand to cut off blood supply, and disinfect the scissors prior to cutting, and the wound on the body
(perhaps some neosporin to prevent scars[?])

I went to the doc for one, she just used a scalpel. Since then I've gotten rid of a few on my own with a razor blade. I think a scissors wouldn't be sharp enough, and probably be quite painful. Be sure to sterilize blade and skin first, and use a band-aid after.

The Dr. I worked for yrs. ago used to freeze them off with silver nitrate. I think they just came out with the product for warts removal and you can buy it in the pharmacy. Do not cut them off, they may bleed a lot or get infected. A DR. can freeze or burn them off. You can try the silver nitrate first. good luck

I went to my doc, who gave me a little local anesthetic and clipped them off...took about 5 minutes, no pain, no return...DON"T try to cut it with a pair of scissors!!!...you open yourself up for infection that way...

Best bet - see your doctor. Mine won't take off more than 4 per visit due to discomfort after the local anesthetic wears off.

They bleed like you would not believe. Get a doctor to take them off with a laser treatment.

Have it frozen off by your doctor. Painless and it just scabs up then falls off. And unlike cutting leaves no scar.

They need to be removed by a doctor. Dont try doing this yourself, you could create an infection and/or permanent scar.
