He wasn't actively looking. He just happened to meet this person because this person applied for a job at his company and he interviewed her and offered her a position. Should one stay away from engaged guys and why?

Should one stay away from engaged guys and why? Would nothing good come out of it? What if the guy really likes the other person more than the person he is engaged to?? Is that possible considering that maybe he only knew her for a shorter period that his fiancee??

Do whatever your heart tells you to. It's you who will have to spend a lifetime with your future wife, so no one can truly decide for you. However, ask yourself if its worth it to break off something nice you have with your fiancee for someone you have a crush on?

First, how long has he known the girl he is engaged to and how long has he known the other girl? If he has known his fiance for longer, then it could be a phase and if he were to back out of the marriage because of the phase, 1. he might regret it later and 2. the girl would think he is a cheater and would think bad of him.

If you are engaged to someone I hope you love her, not just like her. You will always meet someone you like, it is how you conduct yourself that tells if you are a person worth marrying or not.

If you aren't sure you your fiancee is your one and only, you owe it to her and yourself to break it off honorably. Better to do it now, then marry her and even have a couple of kids and then break it off. Be a gentlemen, but don't live a farce.
