Illustrator 11 Bleed?

Hi guys! Need to do the bleeds, separation setup on a PC Illustrator 11. Can't find where it is....Please help!

The only way I know is to do it in the print dialog box under marks & bleeds

Create crop marks and manually pull out any art that will bleed. It's not that complicated.
