the people in china do. funny how they can survive on what they make. and Mexico can't. i think they are just running from the drug lords. they must of tried stealing money from them.

I have read other questions of yours, and let me confirm you sir, that you are a gigantic MORON! China is communist, people get their daily needs supplied by the government PLUS 45 cents an hour (about $4.50 a day). That's a pretty good deal compared to Mexico, where you earn $10 a day but with that you have to pay for housing, food, clothing, and other needs. And remember that you also have illegal immigrants from China. You remind me of the anti-Irish groups back in the 1800's that made Irish people sound like total cannibals. It's a shame that this sort of attitude towards immigrants from a specific part of the globe still exists. SIGH

I don't know what Chain people are, but if you find your son, will you let him know his friends miss him and want him safely returned around here? Thanks! By the way I'd like to see an American live off of $10 a day for a true day's work.

Well China is socialist, so I kinda imagine the Chinese have their own version of medicare, social security and other socialist inventions. Mexico is an example of oligarchy at its worst. without any care for the people.
Then again do also remember that illegals pay 3000$ to smuggle themselves into the USA (this I got from one of the pro-illegals themselves).

Its not that they can not survive with 10 dls per day, they see the life of people that work USA and live in Mexico, it does not compare.

First question answer: the cost of living in China is much much different then in Mexico.

money is different in different places, obviously. what may be a lot in Mexico, may be nothing in china. my bf's stepmother and step siblings are from Puerto Rico, and they were middle class. but my boyfriends dad went there, and could have easily bought a house to live in when the money was converted. so you can't really compare like that.

Their economies are different, and EVERYONE deserves a decent life equally.
Who are we to judge who should have better lives, based on WHAT exactly???
I don't think people are pro-illegals, so much as they are pro-human rights.
BTW - I know of Chinese immigrants who are here illegally who have paid closer to $10,000 for a fake marriage, or to be smuggled in shipping containers.

one of my main points against illegals is the fact that they're not as poor as pro-illegals make them out to be.
