Also, can a diseased gallbladder cause your fingertips to peel and be painful?

a gallbladder attack can cause horrible vomitting.

Yes!
I had gallbladder pains years and years ago.

They subsided for quite a while, but came back with a vengeance.

I had very severe pain, vomitting, and a fever and had to have it removed.

They told me gallstones never go away, and you have to take care of it promptly.......so bug the doctor, cause I didn't and I had a big mess....

Absolutely YES! Personally speaking, I've had undiagnosed problems with gallbladder "sludge" since 1983. When my body can't take the fat contents of my diet any longer, I get nauseated and can throw up if the "attack" is bad enough. But, to make sure you should see a gastroenterologist to be sure. (I did...several tests later, nothing...just gotta watch my diet).

I dont know for sure about the fingers but I do know you can be sick and throw up.
