http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ten_commandments#Division_of_the_commandments
Ten Commandments:
drinking and driving (you shall not kill)
war (you shall not kill)
tobacco (you shall not kill)
It is man's fault when he breaks the rules.
THIS IS THE EASIEST QUESTION TO ANSWER.
God is not a scapegoat, he's something which, if you're lucky enough to believe in it, can make your life a heck of a lot better than wandering around not knowing what to do with yourself.
If God were a scapegoat there would be no such thing as morals or values. Then we'd be dead.

If someone dies drinking and driving I really don't think it was God taking them. Just because someone you know dies doesn't mean they went to heaven and God took them up. People do go to hell. Don't blame God, especially for our stupidity. We make those choices not God. He has given us our way out through Jesus Christ. Later

I think that when people say that it was God's will for something to happen, it is to just cover up mankind's failures or it is used just to comfort someone. I think that if there is a god, he/she has not direct intervention in our lives.

I agree.
God already knows when people are born and die. We don't know. Our birth certificate doesn't have an expiration date on it.

IT IS WRITTEN....!
(Romans 6:16) Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness?
