Go to www.a2zpattaya.com, section called Accomodations, in that section click on Apartments/Condo Rentals that will bring up a list of apartments and condos for rent. If the listing is in red, there is a website for it.
Or you can go to a section called House/Garden, click on the Real Estate Agents, it will produce a listing of the Real Estate agents in Pattaya with their email addresses or websites (if the listing is in red) and some apartment listings.
Or check with some expats there.
Good luck

Pattaya has many many serviced apartments like this. What I recommend is that you go there for 1-2 days and stay in a hotel for 1,500 - 2,000 baht/nite (go on-line). When you are there - walk around and you will see many places to stay that are service apartments. This way, you can see first hand if the location is good (near beach, bars, etc.) and check out the rooms. it takes a little more time - but you know what you are getting.
If you are there only a week or 2 - just get a hotel. There are many places you can find on-line (Thairooms.com, passionasia.com, asiarooms.com) or when you arrive at the BKK airport - hotel desk.

I have a friend who is staying in the Apex - behind Michaels Mall on Second Road - I think he said 550 baht a night and next door is the Ice House or something like that and around the corner on a smaller quieter soi are several guesthouses - you might check around there..
