I think that we all want to love & be loved, but honestly can be in denial. (Don't * Even * Know * I am* lying)
Maybe childhood issues, or sex, attention, and most guys with more confidence are the users & abusers. But why do we settle..maybe we have stuff in common from our child hood, or past, or in need of a father figure type. Or we just need a dude to take contrrol. (we like that)
The good guys, are very sweet but to nice, and to soft. But don't get me wrong..I want a good guy too. ;)

Actually I don't believe that and I think you may be listening to one set of girls and then watching another.
It may seem on the surface that what you are saying is true. I think there are an awful lot of young girls who simply don't have a decent example of a "good guy". So they date the first one to look at them which unfortunately often turns out to be the latter rather than the former.

I generaly think that the guys _I_ date arn't assholes, but girls in the teenage and early twenties are opening up to dating, and first of all they are attracted to guys who flirt with them. Normaly "Nice guys" are shy, or not as outgoing as jerks are, jerks try harder to get in a girl's pants, where as "Nice guys" just wait for a relationship to start. Girls will respond to it when people flirt with them. If your a nice guy, and you like a girl then go for it. Don't let thoes jerks take her from you. Tell her she's better then that.

The "good guy" and the "a$$hole" are really the same person. Just have to find the one that is both, not one or the other.

lol...girls want a real man-not a wimpy sentimental fool...the bad guys attract us because even tho they r jerks etc sometimes, we kno that they r able to protect us and take care of us...we want to be the soft, gentle, sensitive little girls we were meant to be and the "bad boys" r the ones who let us be just that...

it has to do w/ self esteem, they dont think they have any other chance & are tired of being single.
