my female laid some eggs and i held them to the light. I realize after one week they are all pink but one is kinda dark. What are the signs of unfertilized eggs? fertilized eggs?

The dark spot you observed is the beginnings of the development of an embryo. It takes 22 days from lay to hatch. Not all eggs will hatch or be fertilized unless you are very lucky.
The average survival rate is 2 out of 3 hatchlings.
Don't overhandle the eggs as some tiels will reject the eggs from the box or break them and eat them.
