Just be yourself, if they do not like you for who you are then they are not worth talking to. Know that you are special and important.

You have to create a change. Let me explain, I was very shy, kept to myself, especially around women. I hated it. To get over my shyness I made a change and went for a job as a male stripper. Though I didn't take the job, it helped. I don't suggest you go to such an extreme, but do something you normally wouldn't do.

Courage is not the absence of fear, but rather the judgement that something else is more important than fear. by Ambrose Redmoon.
If you just keep meeting new people and guys etc you will eventually get there. I used to be like you and it has taken a while (years) to work on it but each time you make a decision to do be confident you'll increase your confidence. It's so true that you have to fake it till you make it. If you pretend your confident people will treat you that way and then you'll start to feel and be that way all the time

You have to be confident in yourself...you might even need to change a certain aspect in yourself in order to feel more comfortable in your own skin. Also when you are alone at home you can kinda rehearse what you want to say but I'm not saying that you should write a script and memorize but just think before you speak. Also you can get more involved in activities to get to know people and really get over your shyness.

you're not alone there are guys out there who behaves like an idiot around girls, esp. those they like or hot ones, just be youself, keep up with current affairs, fashion, happenings around your community so that when the time comes, you won't be clueless as to what they are talking about, you can start off by talking to just one person, & see if you still stammers

just relax and think about what you are going to say. stammering is from nervousness, picture the person you are talking to naked, and it may help you relax. in time you will get over it, like everyone else. alot of people are like this.
