I have this crush on the guy that sits next to me in literature class, im kinda attractive, but iv always been really shy when it comes to ppl i dont know that well or ppl from the oppisite sex, help me please. i want to ask him out but just a week ago one of my friens tried asking him out and he said no, even though i think shes a bit more atractive then me, o well, but can anybody give me some pointers? i like this guy alot and i dont want to be a wall-flower, ten points up for the grabs, thanks a ton, bye everybody.

It's not ALL about looks.....you said another girl had asked him out and she was a little cuter than you etc....well...you can be Miss America but still be ugly......from the inside......people who have a rotten personality or treat others with mild contempt...are ugly ...maybe.......maybe he likes you.....or at least has a interest....try a little lite conversation...talk about the class subject etc. maybe you'll get a feel for where he's coming from. Come to class the next day in a cute outfit, your hair in a really cute and different style, perfume of course, and just sashay by him when you sit down. He is going to be looking, trust me. Then ask him a question or something.....get vibes from him, thoughout the class hour.

be yourself around him. people can tell when you are being fake. flirt a little. if he is single, when you get a chance to be alone, ask him out. what is the worst that can happen?? rejection is not that bad. it happens to the best of us. ask one of his buddies if he is single, in a roundabout way, then go for it.
