It sounds like a real problem. Young men who haven't grown up often exhibit this type of behavior. For most, they eventually get over and move on. A few don't, even when they're older. If you think this person could be a danger to your sister, you should take steps for some kind of intervention, which might include calling the police and at least asking for advice. Just be sure that your sister isn't leading this guy on. Sometimes girls do this unconsciously and innocently. They act passive because they don't want to hurt the guy's feelings. Unfortunately, it sends signals that there is still a chance. If she's doing this, have her stop. If you really believe this guy is a danger to her or himself, talk to his friends, his parents, and finally the police.

If it was me, I would whip his #$#, but reporting him to the police would be the best advice. He's crazy and you or sister should not have to deal with that.

What a crock of crap, can't wait for your next story. PS - don't forget to let us know if he kills himself so we can all attend the funeral.

If he has made threats, report this to the police, and get a restraining order.
