Not necesarily. She can be just waiting until the right time because she doesnt want to rush things between you and her. She also may not want you to get the wrong portrayal of her. I think that a lot of girls are also very self-concious. Maybe you should sit her down and talk to her about the right time to decide to have sex. Hope i helped...and good luck!

No... If you are under 17 you probably shouldnt worry because you might be too young. If you are older, which im guessing you are, you have to think about if you really love her and if she really loves you, and if you both are ready. Nothing is wrong though.

NO!!! she's probably waiting for marriage. Not every couple has sex. Couples have sex when both people are ready. She's obviously not so don't pressure her if she doesn't want to. She may even be a virgin.

have you made the moves on her?? there is no rush, and nothing wrong with no sex. maybe she likes things the way they are. talk to her and ask her if she is interested, maybe she is waiting for you, probably, to make the moves.
