1. Draw a hot bath.
2. Dim the lights.
3. Take a good book into the bath with you.
4. Get a nice, long massage.
5. Do some yoga.
6. Think about what exactly is making you angry. Don't overreact or make it seem worse than it is.
7. Listen to some peaceful music.

That always works for me.

Go to the gym and have a good workout, or if you can't/don't want to do that, I find a brisk walk through a nice park (or even around the block) gets rid of a lot of tension. It's cheap and you can do it immediately.

Alternatively, try writing your thoughts/feelings down. No holds barred, let loose! Kill the paper!! Just get everything down, it doesn't have to make sense or look nice. Then just get rid of it. Burn it, if you're into symbology. Good luck!
