For the most part that is what they really mean. That they like you like a brother. They are in a round a bout way letting you know that is all they want and nothing more. You can never have too many friends. Who knows..... in the future she might start liking you more then a brother.

Yes she likes you as a brother and thats it. She dont see yall having a relationship right now but things can change as time goes by. She have the feeling for you that she would for her vrother, if she have one.
