The boy I like is two years older than me and i dont if he is interested in me I like him a lot. We play around a lot and he hugs me but how do I know if its a hug like if he likes me or just a friend hug?

If you are a patient person you will know the answer to this question in time. Since you seem to be in a hurry, this is what you should ask yourself. "Is he extremely shy"? Does he seem to have a problem expressing his feelings about other subjects? A hug from someone who cares about you is a pretty wonderful thing. Do you really want to push the issue and risk losing a good friend?

I don't know how old you are. It's different for every age group. If you're young, you might ask him to a school dance. If you're a little older, you might find out what he's interested in (sports, art, science) and ask him to a museum or sports event or whatever. Say something like "We always have so much fun together. Why don't we go to. . . . ." You don't have to be overly obvious to show that you like him. Don't be afraid of rejection. Nothing ventured, nothing gained.

When he does hug you, feel hows he hugging you, if its a quick hug, then its a friendly hug. If its a longer hug with a firm grip then he definitly likes you.
It sounds to me that he's playing hard to get. Ask him out to a movie and see what he says. If he jumps to that idea then he def likes you.

try to flirt with him a little if it didn't work see what he is interested in and act like you are interested in those things also and try to ask him out or if you could just go that you love him!
