Can anyone think of a good excuse for why one of your braces are broken?

Anybody think of excuses of how you can break one your braces? an excuse that could be used by someone who plays alot of sport or in their teens.

eating something, not someting that's forbidden, but just ate something that broke it. Or maybe just say that something hit your mouth and they broke.
