put all of your bangs up but have that poofy thing like some of the stars wear? I LOVE IT but my hair never does it..

pull your hair back like in a pony tail then push forward slightly and then put a berrette in it. Alot of people has to spray some hairspray to help shape and form.

well, i think they use bobby pins too, and probablly hairspray or, they put moose in it before.. just something to hold it all togther and make it stay poofy,

Hang upside down and use egg whites and a blow dryer. Your hair will stand up like the stars I promise!

twist it and push it towards ur 4head and put a bobby pin or 2!!!!
