I know a man, a close friend, who drank a case of beer a night for years. He asked Jesus to save him and quit instantly with no withdrawal. 2 weeks later a minister of the Gospel prayed for him and he quit a 4 pack a day cigarette habit instantly with no withdrawal. He has been free over 30 years with no desire to go back. The man who prayed for him was instantly healed of terminal cancer at a meeting of the late evangelist Kathryn Kuhlman. If you are really interested in the subject of miracles, get a book about her life. I could find many more examples.

LOL it's sad when people answer "yes" but funny at the same time.

Definition of miracle:
an effect or extraordinary event in the physical world that surpasses all known human or natural powers and is ascribed to a supernatural cause.

One example would be the disappearance of cancer overnight. Has it happened? No.

Therefore, NO, miracles are NOT real.

Depends on your definition. According to the Vatican, a miracle is an act of God which defies the laws of nature. This is, by definition, impossible. Any example of such an event is either fictional, seriously exaggerated, or else demonstrates that our understanding of the laws of nature is incomplete.

However, my God performs miracles every day. You say that Jesus could turn water into wine? Big deal! My God turns sunlight into wine! It's called photosynthesis and alcoholic fermentation. My God also keeps the stars in the sky using gravity and centrifical force, and created life via DNA synthesis, transcription, osmosis, and a bunch of other processes which are truly miraculous.

No, I don't think so. There are no documented miracles that could not have happened naturally. People turn their lives around every day, they fall in love every day, they recover from serious diseases every day. I have never seen or heard of anything happening that could not have had a natural cause (from no one I would trust as a source, anyway).
