They're a bunch of racists expecially when hard times hit they blame immigrants, foreigners and black people for everything that goes wrong. There seems to be a lot of racism around nowadays and they wonder why black people are angry.

Sorry, but I just can't seem to squeeze a tear out for your sister or her husband or yourself. The guy was obviously illegal and I highly doubt that he had a "legal" drivers license or SSN - try fraudulent! Just having those pieces of ID, does NOT make them LEGAL documents, as we all well know. The number of years that an illegal immigrant has been successful in evading deportation and the INS officials does NOT make his case greater! Just means he was cannier and more sly in committing his crimes than the average, typical illegal immigrant. Too bad - guess he should have come legally, in the first place, then he and you and your sister would not be having this heartbreak now, would you? Are you sure they're even legally married? If he used fraudulent ID to get the marriage license, I would think they are not even legally married, in the first place! Maybe you and your sister should just go live with him LEGALLY in HIS country - mind you, please do it LEGALLY so you don't have to go through this heartbreak all over again. Also, be extra careful because most countries are much harsher on illegal immigrants than the soft old USA is!

A driver's license and a social security number do not prove citizenship. A birth certificate does; however all of those documents can be faked. Besides there are a lot of illegal immigrants with legal social security numbers, the number is legal and probably belongs to a child or deceased individual.

Sounds like he had fake or forged SS# and license. Those things do NOT prove LEGALITY. They were either stolen or out right made up. Just because he was here for 15 years does not prove he was legal. I highly doubt that it has anything to do with his skin color!!

the 1st era of my family are all immigrants and not ONE person got here to this united states of america illegally. I relatively have sympathy for people who're attempting to flee poverty and oppression, yet whilst they choose to create a extra constructive existence for their families please bypass approximately it in a civilized way. My family waited some years, persisted poverty, conflict and a chaotic government, yet nevertheless maintained sufficient dignity to come again to united statesa. legally and start up a sparkling existence. i'm sorry that your loved ones is being positioned by this, yet maybe it quite is a lesson discovered the no longer ordinary way...

The INS doesnt care about skin color, so I am assuming he was taken because he broke the law.

1st off, This Loretta person just is a racist so do NOT take her seriously. But I can not really answer your Q I do not know if he is applying or what. I will tell you that is the reason people come illegally. This right here explains it all. It is so hard and some people on here can just not see it. How long does the U.S want someone to wait until they can not walk ,let alone work, any longer? That is the reason people want to come to get a better life. TO work for it!

YOUR husband apparently took one of the jobs Americans WILL do. If he had taken one they WON'T do he'd still be here.
